It is actually possible for a system administrator to prevent users from using the shutdown,restart and sleep options normally accessibly through the Start Menu and Ctrl+Alt+Del Keys.

3.Now you will bw given the option to disable the use of the shutdown,restart and sleep commands.These options will disappear from not only the start menu but also from the Ctrl+Alt+Del keys.
